Navigation tune-up

Well. A new idea occured to me, and here it is:

Now, you can use Tags (found underneath the category listing under each music related post) to navigate through artist or year.

There is a little problem though. At this point, you browse ALL the tags when clicking on a tag through a post. However, if you put in “centralgear.” before wordpress.com, it’ll get to the blog specific tags. This is only a problem with the year and popular artists, though, so it may not come up. I’m working on a way to fix it, but it might not be possible through this blog host.

Welcome, one and all. Central Gear opens at this very complex. Since Blogger closed down my other MP3 blog site, this is where I will remain. What can you expect? Well…

To begin with, I post good music. I hope you like it. I get access to tons of obscure music that I think people will like, so I post it in this blog. Genres? Expect everything from rock to jazz, from alternative to swing, from the classics, up until present day. I like pretty much everything–with time, maybe you can too!

I post all files to an excellent host site. Divshare is my favorite, but occasionally I will try new sites and host them there. I will never post to a website with a large amount of ads, ridiculous wait times, or other annoyances. Rest assured, Rapidshare will be found nowhere.

And don’t hesitate to contact me. Very rarely–I am near perfect, mind–I will mistake one file for another. Perhaps the upload doesn’t quite work. Maybe it has gotten to removed (of which it does happen from time to time). Or maybe you think my blog is lacking something.
